- How to get the Discount Code?
We will give the customer a code 10% for first order, if you still have not received it, please contact Customer Service support@scottishvibes.com and we will assist with the issue as fast as possible.
After placing the order
- How to cancel my order?
All of our orders are custom produced, we only offer order cancellations within 24 hours since the order was placed. We’re sorry for this inconvenience.
- How to modify my order?
All of our orders are custom produced, we only offer change address or change size within 48 hours since the order was placed. We’re sorry for this inconvenience.
- Can the order be delivered to multiple addresses?
We do not offer shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like to deliver to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.

- What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept any Major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card credit cards. We also accept payments through PayPal.
We do not accept personal or electronic checks, Bitcoin, money orders, or wire transfers at this time. Our apology if this means inconvenience to you.
